Navigating the Rise of New Nationalism - A Conversation with APCO CEO Brad Staples
Part of AmCham Shanghai's CEO Series

The election of Donald Trump, the UK’s Brexit vote, and the rise of nationalism and economic protectionist policies in the world’s major economies are destabilizing for businesses that have benefited from a generation of free trade and globalization.  How should companies with interests in both China and the U.S. navigate this new dynamic?  Who will be the winners and losers?  What are the risks and opportunities for national champions operating outside their home jurisdiction?  And how should American companies be engaging government—and other stakeholders—in China and the U.S.?
Join AmCham Shanghai as we host Brad Staples, Global CEO of APCO Worldwide on Friday, January 13 from 08:00 to 09:30am at the Langham Xintiandi Hotel. This event is part of AmCham Shanghai's CEO Series events.
