AmCham Shanghai’s Women’s Executive Network (WEN) brings you the 2nd “Springboard Lunch” on Tuesday, January 17th from 11:30-13:30.

This event is designed to be an intimate and confidential forum among peers, where we can address the concerns we’re all wrestling with. To help us share, explore alternative perspectives and solve problems, small group table discussions will be facilitated by seasoned executive coaches.

Our theme for this January gathering is "leadership goal setting for 2017."  What do you want to achieve as a leader this coming year for yourself and for your team? What are some examples of leadership goals and ways you can ensure you achieve them?  As always, please also feel free to bring additional questions or challenges you would like to discuss among your groups.
